As you, hopefully, know by now, SteelSeries recently announced the SteelSeries Ikari mice. One optical mouse and one laser mouse. Since SteelSeries announced the mice a few weeks ago, they have been asked the same two questions over and over:
1. How many DPI will your mouse have?
2. What’s so special about your mouse?
The first question is mostly asked because many gamers have unfortunately been convinced by marketing hype that “DPI” is actually something important (and really, it’s not).
The second question is something we can answer very simply: because we feel we have something to add to the genre.
