Man of the Month
Tom "Jinx" Nipravsky.
Many of you know Tom as an old CSS player, some know him as one of the managers of ELE-Gaming, and some might even don't! (which in this case i'd call you noobs!).
Tom is 17 years old yet has the mind of a 24 y/o man.
He's highly skilled when it comes to programming or maintaining a healthy relationship with worldwide companies.
He has been awarded our M.O.T.M (Man Of The Month) for the highly passionate way he treats ELE-Gaming everyday issues and therefore acts as a real mom for the organization.
